Bad service from Malisa, Samkelo, Thobela, Nombulelo and Khulukile Hlophe

Bad service ever from dstv, I upgraded my subscription from normal view to lockprice . I was advised that I will pay R549 every month, to my price on the 21 I was debited R900 and my service/dstv was cut off immediately. I called and I was told am using to subscriptions how I don't know,i spoke to several consultant and told me that I'm owing 549, other one 689,other one 300 and 200 before they can open my service. I told them I want to cancel since I don't get assistance and am using my phone to contact and every time I being told to hold and to get helped by consultant at all. This is frustrating I have been with dstv for more than years and I have never experienced bad service. I'm so frustrated. Today my subscription is cut off again and. I was told they can't assist me
