Bad service from installers, actually NO service at all

I recently upgraded to the new Explora 2. I received both the Explora 2 decoder and smart LNB from the Multichoice service centre in Randburg. I visited them on Monday morning at 10am, the lady who helped me did an excellent job by activating the decoder and she said the installation will be done between 24 to 48 hours. Only on Wednesday at around 2pm a company with the name Field Services phoned me to say that they will come and do the installation maybe that afternoon or the next day. No one came that afternoon and I waited until 3pm the following day which was the Thursday and then decided I'll phoned the number that the installer phoned me from. The installer told me that he will do the installation as soon as he is in that area and in the tone of his voice I could hear that he was not really interested in helping me. Immediately I knew that they were busy telling me stories and making me empty promises. I thought to myself that I will have to make a plan to get my DSTV up and running, so I got up the roof and called a friend who explained to me more or less how to change and set the LNB. Luckily I got it up and running. On Friday (this is now 4 days later) the installer called me asking if he can do the installation, I said to him that I already did it myself and also told him that I am going to report their bad services. I am very disappointed that Multichioce can use such *********** installers to do business with. I also Googled Field Services to see if I can find a land line but the number changed and when I phoned the “changed number” it tells me that the number does not exist. It seems that they don’t even have proper phone services. Is this some kind of “back yard” services that Multichoise is using? I am a loyal subscriber to Multichoice for many years and therefor I expect loyal service as well.

Still no feedback from MultiChoice regarding this issue. Only a phone call from DSTV asking the contact number of the installer. I provided the numbers straight away, this was about a week ago.
