Bad service from DSTV/Multichoice

Today at 13H30 I spoke to one of DSTV employees and she gave me a very cold service. She sounded busy with something else while I was explaining myself and she was not focused on my complaint. Furthermore, the account is being charged an extra amount that was not part of my package i.e. R899. Every time I inquire I am being sent from pillar to post, hence my review here.
