BAD SERVICE FROM DSTV taking my money but not paying me back

Bad Service from DSTV,

They have been deducting money from me for the longest and now I have to basically beg for a refund, they told me they would refund me and it was apprived last week, to only found out Today it was not done now I need to wait 7-14 days, not on! I want an immediate refund, im never late in paying DSTV so why are you late when you need to refund me!!!!!!!!!!!! and now they say they cannot do it due to my surname that differs even tho I attached my marriage certificate
