Bad service from dstv & ********

Last time i laid a complain about dstv i received a stupid call explainig to me that reason why my subscription its suspended its because i watched for 9days and tbey charging me R289 for watching 9days! I payed R431 but stil my service is suspended, how do i pay 400 to watch the whole month but im charged R280 to watch 9days lol am i not being ****med?? I paid my subscription till today its the 16th i havent watched anything. You guys think you clever, i asked the guy who called me because i spoke to 4peoole before him bit they dont even know how their billing department works. You are toomuch you dont know business, you making it my problem that you never debited, i asked if thy take that amount thy say i owe and refund me tge rest to cancel my service im stil waiting for their ****** call!!!
