Bad service from Dstv n team leaders

I wrote on hello peter about the bad service i received from dstv. N they rep**** that they attend to my query even now im still waiting n no call or response from them friday n Thursday i called and they culdnt assit me even though i asked for team leader worse thy didn't even botheres to talk to me they just said tell that person we cant help.
