Bad Service from DSTV multichoice

I bought a new decoder , old one playing up. What a mission trying to get it connected. Their WhatsApp help is totally useless, and the chat line is manned by *********** people, eventually I got hold of an agent on the telephone , and after giving her all my details , put me on hold for 16mins, and then told me they have a technical problem. Am still waiting to have my decoder activated, they are a useless bunch, could quite easily cancel my subscription,
