Bad service from DSTV head office

Hello a lady by the name of Hlengiwe Sibisi from DSTV phoned my mom and told her she won a prize. She then told my mom the prize is a 24 month subscription for free if she nominate someone for insurance when she dies. She talked so fast my mom hardly understood her and my mom told her more then once she is a sassa pensioner. When my mom went to pay her dstv the amount was almost double the amount. My mom contacted the dstv branch and asked what’s going on. They gave my mom the information of what had happened. The next day she went to the branch self for help and they send them a email explaining the situation. She also tried to phone and to send them a what’s up with no luck. Now they are going to switch her dstv off since she don’t have the money to pay that. I am very disappointed about the service they are giving my mom.
