Bad service from Dstv

The nightmare of my life with Dstv people I paid my dstv in the 28/08/2019 but my dstv was never connected even now.. I have been calling them to tell them that but what they told me was I have to send my proof of payment which I have been trying to send them it but there email says mail box full try again later... I called them yesterday n they tell me I owe them but I only pay my dstv at the end of the month n it's not the end of the month yet so how do i own them... wherelse I haven't been connected to my dstv from the get go n i can't get back my money that i have paid R474.00.
