Bad service from DSTV

Bad bad service they ***** money. I cancelled my account on the 18th of october and they said the service would be terminated on the 2nd of November. I received a sms before the 2nd saying they will be debiting my account. I phoned again and they said they didn't process the cancelation of my debit order but the account was closed. Today my account was debited. I phoned again today and they said they cant process the cancelation something is wrong with my system. So they stole one months money from me. No idea if I will get the money back. Terrible
