Bad service from DSTV customer care

I singned up for DSTV stream with the discount on showmax firstly nobody can assist me to link my accounts and secondly i have been experienxing connection issues. I contacyed DSTV they said someone will phone me back. This was 2 weeks ago. Yoh DSTV its bad especially if there is so many streaming services out there.
