Bad Service from DSTV Consultant Khumbulo very rude

I am extremely disgusted at the service i got from a person by the name of Khumbulo on the call center number *** She was extremely rude with me and spoke over me while i was busy explaining my issues and started screaming at me Because of Khumbulo I am canceling my services with DSTV with immediate effect I hope that this is treated with urgency and escalated to higher management
