Bad service from DSTV

Cancelled my Service with DSTV before end of March 2026 and they still took payments 1 April 2026. This is after it show on the DSTV app that by balance is R0. My service was cut 1 April 2026 but still they took my money. Since 2 April 2026 I have phoned them and since then the call Center have logged 4 escalation and nothing is happening. Every time a phoned they on log a new call to their accounts department. This is very bad service
