Bad service from Dstv and Onair TV

I apply for a prize lock , I was promised the installation will be done on 2nd of June & I wont pay anything until the installation is done.

Today is the 7 of June no installation was not done but money was deducted in my account

Since the 3rd of June I have send severally emails to onairtv ( company suppose to do installation) and call them and call dstv and I am not getting any help

I am not with service I have recieved from both Dstv and Onair TV
