Bad service from DStv and my Fibre services are not working s

I had a Fibre of openserve installed in my unit that was supposed to have been linked to Compact Package this was in Feb but since today my services are still not working, My Compact package is still not linked to the fibre package and no one knows anything when I call, Im sitting at home without an internet which is now an inconvenience I am thinking of cancelling the whole thing if this **** is still not sorted, on top that your agents are rude ob the phone.
