Bad service from Dstv Amandasig

I have been to Dstv Multichoice in Amandasig, north of Pretoria, to request for a booking for installation. I got an appointment for Monday 02/03/2020, and because it was raining the installer did not come through. I waited the whole day, mind you i did not go to work as i had to wait for them. I had to call the store at 12, and that is when i was told that installers do not work when it is raining. The branch do not even bother to contact their customers to re-schedule appointments. The rain stopped on Tuesday, no one contacted me. Today it is Wednesday, and still no contact. Worst of it all, Dstv will want to charge me a premium for this month, whilst i am still struggling to get my decoder installed, meaning i will be paying for something that i never enjoyed the benefits of. So much for free installation.
