Bad service from dstv

Bad service recived from DSTV call centre , i installed an extra view called dstv call centre to activate the decoder after i was getting error messages i called the call center more than 6 times and the matter was not resolved as the error wil come back every 30 minutes even today im still struggling with error 16 wen i call it gets resolved and after some time its error143 which u cant even resolve from their self service menu. So basically i feel like the agents are not helpful in a sense that whatever i called regarding is still not been resolved.
