Bad service from DSTV

My account is higher than the other months. I phoned them I owe them still money for my decoder. I went to there branch in Centurion and asked for a settle amount they gave me the amount and I paid it immediately at their office. There call centre told me now I owe them this money and if I am not happy I must go back to the Centurion branch. Centurion is 30 km from my house so now I must pay for my petrol to sort this out. I hope more and more people is leaving DSTV
