Bad Service from DSTV

I tried to downgrade my DSTV using the self service and I couldn't downgrade and I call the call center and they refused to downgrade my service .DSTV wants to keep on milking our money .They don't want to downgrade the service. With the rate of bad service from DSTV l,m thinking of canceling my subscription.
