Bad service from BoxOffice

I have recently rented a movie on BoxOffice. When I scrolled through the selection I noticed that the movie I wanted to rent was expiring, so I rushed into renting the movie as I really wanted to watch it. When I pressed the ‘OK’ button and selected the ’RENT NOW’ option the pop-up came and notified me that the movie was R35 ( No problem with the price as it saves me a trip to the DVD store) and that it would be available for 48 hours. The next day the movie was gone. Never fully watched the movie. So I decided to call the call centre. Listened to the irritating-airtime-wasting machine and finally someone answered. What a shoc****! I was informed that although it states that the movie will be available for 48 hours it will only be available for the remaining time before it expires. Miss leading us and charging us for 48 hours, and only receiving 10 hours. then I asked to speak to a manager. I was told that he was not in the office but he will call me first thing the following day. No call whatsoever . I was promised a R35 BoxOffice credit, NOTHING!!! I have a call reference ********** 7-i34
