Bad service for the third time
The worst service ever. I called to downgrade my package on Thursday 10th February 2022. The consultant somehow was not on the same page as me . I then discovered that I must pay the account immediately since I have no clue what she did and it's only due on the 14th o each month. I specifically asked her is my showmax still active as I don't want that removed she said yes. To discover she disconnected my showmax change d my payment date. Used another email address and jammed up the entire showmax I cannot even access it. Then I called showmax today and i still am without showmax I am rather going to cancel it tomorrow as I have paid it doesn't matter. The service is the worst they have *********** people employed that treat one as if they doing us a favour yet we pay for the service. DSTV is indeed a **** truly I am fedup
