Bad service

Hi, my husband took out the Black Friday dstv package and it was delivered today. Someone came to install it and when he called to activate the account 1st of all he ls call was dropped and the consultant didn't bother calling him back, he called again same thing happened, we tried what's app and Facebook just to get the thing activated. 3 hours later and we still waiting to have this activated!!!!!this is pathetic service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
