Bad service

My July DSTV internet has never been loaded dis month. I called, whatsapped so many times all they say is we have escalated ur query to the internet department wait for 24 hours other say wait for 48hour till now am still waiting and now I was told that the nothing they can do , and consulted that was assisting me was Vuyokasi ,she was rude,I was on hold for over15 minutes and her supervisor Tumelo didn't want to talk to me ,am tired ka dis internet shaam
