Hi my name is Them and Sigasa, we went to Terabyte(MultiChoice Agent) in katlehong having a problem with our Explora decoder and we could not be assisted, the explora was scanned but when we got home it was the same issue Channels kept on changing itself, we took it back and we found no glory and not even a refund of our money Took back the decoder on the 3rd and 4th and both occasions they were off line. They would not even do a reprint of the slip since we misplaced it. Email: ***
