Bad service

I cant believe it that dstv called me states that they still going to deliver my new decorder and they still never keep up to there promise. From the 14 jan 2021 and now we in march and i still never get my decorder delivered. A lady by the name of Marcia from price lock help department advised me that they will sort the problem out and promise the world to me and still not sorted. The service levels are very poor. I think dstv dont want our business.
