Bad Service

I'm highly disappointed with the service I've received. I have an issue with my DSTV streaming. In the middle of a show it just freezes. Thought it might be my internet connection but all other streaming platforms work just fine. I wrote a review previously a consultant called in August never heard from from him again. Published another review in Octiber another consultant sent me an email. It was back and forth for a few weeks. She again went silent on me. At this point I've stopped paying for dstv as I'm not going to waste money for a service that's sub par
