Bad service

I'm un satisfied customer of multchoice dstv....I have had a very bad experience for a very long time and I complained but finally seemed like I was about to get help of which I'm not happy still with because yes my reconnection fees have been reversed. What I do not understand is if I will ever get back my money which I have been forced to pay for life insurances which I know nothing of.every time I would call I have been promised that they need to listen to conversation I had with whoever that added those insurance to my account.but it seems as if I'm fighting a battle that I will never win ever.it is so frustrating
