BAD SERVICE EXPERIENCE

Received a email informing that my contract ends 17/03/2022. Contacted DSTV to discuss new contract, informed by contact centre agent contact ends 25/02/2022. When I ask why I received the email and now she is informing me it ends 25/02/2022 she put me on hold for 10 minutes
