Bad service ever

Eversince last year my DStv channels don't play 100% there is always notice says due to bad weather or wrong installation but sometimes it's sunny and there is no wind or cloudy I just don't understand where the bad weather are they telling me about while I'm paying every month to watch into that bad situation
