Bad service

Good day,

I made a payment on the 28th of November of R600 towards my compact subscription, my billing date it's on the 28th of every month. I was told that I need to make a payment on the 6th of December, I asked several times for your consultants to explain but no one can assist me. I wrote on hello Peter on the 29th and I was advised that it will be sorted out after 24hrs, when I check my balance and billing date it still says I need to make payment on the 6th December. Please assist
