Bad service

After I complained last week on hellopeter about dstv service and ***** and their agents I got a call from them by the lady called Precious Mgwalazi she said she fill find out with the company that was suppose to deliver the decoder and promised to call m ba k she never did I was called by an agent telling that the decoder will be delivered in two or three days I asked her to asked Precious to call m as she promised she would and I told the agent I want the decoder to be deliver the same day and to excalate my problem and she said she will to date I have not received the decoder and I'm still waiting for Precious call I wonder if dstv takes m serious and value me as their client cause I have already signed and agreed to the promotion offered to me and come month end the will want to debit my account for what I don't have I feel like I'm being made a fool and taken for a ride
