BAD SERVICE

Was promised feedback from complains department on Friday. I am so disappointed with MultiChoice, last Month I app**** for fibre deal and today they telling me to apply again. I don't know why did I expect excellent service from you if everyone is canceling their subscription with you. I think it's time to do the same. I can't be going after you guys as if I will be getting the fibre for free. PATHETIC SERVICE
