Bad service

I have previous struggled with DSTV to switch to debit order. Once i have finally managed to switch i was advised it will take 2 months before the debit order starts. In my email i also stated i want the 15% discount through paying with your Capitec card which was the main reason for switching. After 2 months boom full amount deducted and we call in to query and was advised it will be escalated to the Finance dept. I then emailed for feedback and was advised it was escalated to Finance. Another full payment went off and still no feedback from Finance.
