Bad service

Good day. Firstly your customer service department sucks and cannot help me with my query. When i asked to speak to a manage, i get told the manager is not available and then get told his in a meeting. Then i get told he does not speak to customers..very bad. My customer number is 4******2. on the 25th of Aug, looks like you had system issues, i saw lots of credits and debits . Then on the 2nd sept u debited my account more than what should be debited. when i asked to have my account credited or a refund issued, it was told the accounts call center cannot do that and i must go to a multichoice outlet. This is not on. I even asked if the manager can call me, it was said they don't do that. what kind of service is that, Appalling. I need this sorted before Monday or i will escalate this.
