Bad service

I have a decoder insurance and my decoder was proken when I send through a claim I'm advised of a period of about two weeks waiting period that is nonsense the decoder is not worth that waiting period

That time I paid for my dstv premium for the month what about the two weeks I won't have access to my decoder.

This is soo unacceptable
