BAD SERVICE DSTV STAFF

I have made 2 complaints already and the problem is still not fixed! All I get is a msg to say they are working on the problem. But for the past ****ing week no body has phoned me back to fix the problem. I am beyond ****ing furious now and on the verge of cancelling the whole contract ! Someone better phone me to fix this problem within this week still. Today is the 30 March . I have been trying to get a ****n problem fixed for 2 weeks now. I AM WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME BACK !! I asked for add movies option. It is not on my dstv and I still paid for it. !!!!!!!!
