Bad service DSTV

I’m so disappointed with DSTV. I have a problem with a E102-29 PVR problem and a E16-4 on my extra view decoder for 4 days now. I made numerous calls all over an hour to the call center only for them to tell me that they will escalate my problem and it will be fix within a hour or two. I cannot get to a supervisor or any complaints department and are told they work from home.... The escalation ticket no. #INC1730 and #174839. I understand it’s still pending. Who do I contact as the numbers the call center gives me is just for the call center again. Bad bad service and no person to take responsibility to help or even return your call.
