Bad service Dstv

Dstv should send private reviewers to the DStv centre's because wow the service I get when visiting is not on. Exactly like the nurses at our public clinics, staff at eyethu treat people like small children who do not listen, they don't treat costumers with respect, especially a lady whom when I asked for her name I am sure gave me a wrong name and said she Thandiwe,, which I think it's a wrong name, she gave it to me knowing I was asking related to the attitude she gave me.I went to the Centre 1st day to ask if the do payments and she answered as though she was doing me a favor, went in today to have my decoder checked since it's giving me problems, she took the decoder and told me to shift far away from her, and now she was asking questions regarding the decoder, and I had to far away, on top of that and when I approached them about the attitude the have a nerve to tell me, a costumer that I have drama, defending each other. The other one even tried to grab my phone, I am thinking of involving the police. Even the call center consultants should call back when they promised they will.
