Bad Service DSTV

Exceptional deterioration of service, extraview channel has been blocked 4 times in one week. Customer services agents extremely unhelpful , spoke to various agents and when requested to speak to a manager, been put on hold for 20 min with no help. Been customer since the 90's . Very bad services received. Will cancel services soonest card nr ***
