Bad service dstv

I am so sick and tired of the service i receive from dstv. Last month i paid my account on the 2nd, due to my dalary date. This month is the 26th and my service was stoped. Why? Its not yet month end.!!! Are they so imcompetant in keeping their accounts up to date? Seriously i consider just cancelling my subscribtion and just do netflieks . Useless dstv.
