Bad service DSTV

Have signed up for DSTV Internet last week. It was confirmed that the installation was included. All that was installed was the fiber internet line by Open Serve. The Wi-Fi router and streama box was delivered to my house two days later. When I connected the Wi-Fi router to the internet box the internet did not work. I phoned DSTV and spoke to Kgauhelo Matsoso and he tried to help me. They would have phoned me back and needless to say I am still waiting for the call and still do not have internet that I am paying for. Not a good experience to start off with. Very bad.
