Bad service DSTV

I've paid the whole month subscription and I couldn't watch channel 161 and 194. Called them and they told me they are fixing the problem it's been the whole month I literally paid for nothing because I love watching 161 and 194 and when I complained they still said they are fixing it..its frustrating
