BAD SERVICE DSTV

Somebody is using my dstv now account and there is no delete option under his profile. Chat to a few people without any help. Change my password but he is still using my account without my permission. They cannot help me from there side. I also send a screenshot showing there is no delete option under the persons profile. This is unacceptable. You deduct money from my account every month. I am going to cancel DSTV because your people cant of wont assist us with our problems. Goodbay DSTV!!!!!!!!!!!!!
