Bad service DSTV

Bad bad service. Tried giving them second chance. The disappointed me again. After wasting 1:30 minutes on watsapp communicating with 2 different agents.. No solution was recommended instead they just ended my chat even when I was responding... The last agent I spoke to didn't even want to disconnect my subscription... I hope you won't deduct my money for nothing cos I haven't been watching TV due to an issue that you can't resolve... Bad service... I wouldn't recommend you anyone
