Bad service delivery

Poor service delivery I’ve been blocked I don’t understand why because I made a payment already 3 days ago. I called twice none of the agents could assist I’ve spent R90 on airtime and sent proof of payment but still no assistance. My Account is blocked but I’m not owning it’s frustrating because I’m not owing.
