Bad service
Poor service from the guy called Calvin Billiat I called in yesterday and to be reconnected on my DStv and I ask to downgrade my package ,the Guy called Calvin told me I can't downgrade you have to reconnect and pay R480 and wait for month end to downgrade, I asked for team leader he dropped my phone, to my surprise I call later and I was help but other consultant....Am upset with they way he fail to help me
