Bad service

I have been having issues with my secondary decoder ever since they replaced it, it keeps refusing to connect to the primary decoder after a week or so, today Dstv made me wait for 20min while they are busy diagnosing the problem. Then out of nowhere a tell prompt says our call centre is closed and cuts the call 😵💫
