Bad service

The service is bad the agents at the call centre are not willing to assist and my account due date was changed without my knowledge which lead to my account suspension. I have called and no one is willing to assist. I'm frustrated I'm told different stories that does not make sense. The consultant at the contact centre even hung up the phone on me
