Bad service

So on the 5th of may we paid 450 for the dstv compact that we are using,yesterday was the due date for the month of june when my niece gets to the store to make a payment they say we owe a 1000 for what we have no idea ,so she just paid R450 as per usual but they refuse to reconnect because they saying that on the 5th i suscribed using self service i check the self service for the 5th and send it to them it shows the part were they are asking if i want to subscribe then i said no but it looks like they added those things😡without my permission they refuse to reconnect or even refund the money until we pay for something we don’t know
