Bad service

The service with MultiChoice is very poor, I app**** for a DSTV contract to be upgraded and they promised to send a Technician within 5 working days but it is over 2weeks now waiting for a Technician to come.I app**** on the 13th April 2024 at Umhlanga MultiChoice.
